Lovely .good walking ,what am excercise
Beauty of nature too
Still unchanged beautiful landscape for decades. Well preserved natural beauty and gorgeous little beach. Can get very windy and the beach is a heavy walk from car parks. Sadly a very expensive entrance fee.
You cannot miss table mountain if you are in Cape Town. The entire city is surrounded by this gorgeous behemoth of a rock. Going up on Table Mountain is thrilling and you can be sure to soak up some amazing views of the mountain itself and city and its numerous beaches!
Oh my word, I still cannot get over this place. The scenery is amazing and once at the tower house one feels like they are on top of the world. Planning another drive there soon.join us for the best Cape Town has to offer
Best part of cape Town. Do not miss going to the cape point at any cost. Preferable to take your own car and drive to the other points nearby. You can take the car to cape of good hope from cape point instead of walking.
The 💯% fresh air we can get is at cape of good hope..
We waited 30-40 minutes to get into the park, but it was worth every minute. A must-visit, but put your phone away for the drive and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
I loved the walk up to the top. You could use the funnicle (train/tram) though for about R65/adult
Well preserved nature. Breathtaking view at the point and on your way to the point. Logo shop is overpriced targeted at foreigners.
Beautiful views, but well worth to explore the less used paths as it can get very busy. Tip: when going to the lighthouse (easy visible from the parking lot) at cape point, try to find the path that goes behind it to the old cape point lighthouse on the most southeastern tip of the peninsula. You will be rewarded with stunning views and way less people.
It has history of when White people arrived in S.A. also reminded me when I was still in Junior studying history. It's also a miracle where two oceans meet
The place has a great view. The drive to here was very scenic.
Nice picturesque. Beautiful landscapes. Southern most tip of African continent. A place to visit
Spectacular scenery in this park. It does get crowded and busy since it is a very touristy location. Watch out for the roaming baboons looking for snacks that you might bring!
Very popular tourist spot, so it will be busy. It is still worth visiting, because the views are spectacular.
This place is a must when you visit Cape town . Pack your gym shoes and be ready to hike in one of the most beautiful place on earth.
Best nature reserve I visited. Great getaways here
The place is very nice but can get crowded quickly. I recommend going there early (10:00). There are plenty of hiking trails and the scenery is gorgeous. The park offers plenty hiking trails and opportunities to watch the beautiful scenery.
Service at Cape Point could be improved. Kiosk wasn't open so you couldn't buy refreshments.
The trails are highly recommended. We used The Flying Dutchman, a funicular to get to the top. The climb is quite steep so be prepared! It also gets quite windy so take a jacket with
Superb place but SANPARKS needs to improve their service. Expensive entrance fee for South Africans. No facilities to purchase Wild Card at the entrance ticket office despite a sign on the window saying "you can purchase wild card here". Roads busy being built in December 2016 peak tourist season and toilets at top funicular station closed.
