I lived in Bo Kaap for 6 years and Spa at Cape quarter basically kept me alive. Their food is of better quality than the other spa’s. The area is also very stylish so I love it and never once had a bad experience touch wood.

Cape Quarter is a go to centre, which has everything you may need, from hair salons, ladies and men's treatments bars (sorbet), pet shop, wellness centre, restaurants, including vida and Bootleggers coffee shop.
The centre is well designed and renowned for the Cape Quarter Spar of very high standards.
Amble paid parking bays so this doesn't possible a problem.response / report this review -

Very nice place to shop or eat. Accessible by wheelchair, very clean. Restaurants offer vegetarian menus. Perfect for spending an afternoon plus evening.
Unfortunately the place dies fast (9 to 10pm). It is however on a busy street with nice little restaurants where the party can continueresponse / report this review -

Having used this centre for over 3 years, I have no complaints. Parking is safe and secure. Shopping is easy and comfortable. All in all, Spar is not the cheapest but does always have what I’m looking for and management is always available to help.

Great place for a coffee or a light meal. The Spar there has a hige selection of prepared foods to cater for absolutely all tastes. If you're going for a picnic but don't feel like preparing anything its definitely worth a stop here to get your supplies. There are a number of other stores from clothing to electronics and there's ample parking available.

It is just ok. No action at all. Only place you must visit Rizelli. Is it a superb man fashion shop. All in one place. Mr Peace(owner) is very but very friendly until you asked for discount :-)))

Nice mall with many interesting shops, nice people and Cape Town's maybe best supermarket (a Spar branch) that offers lots of really well made salads and other good fresh stuff. All that at daytime. The issue is that in the evenings they let gangsters freely get into the building and create a really unsafe atmosphere. You rather don't wanna go there after sunset. A pity.

Fantastic shopping and eating venue with a decent and rather popular Spar. Can have high traffic due to lots of business office in the neighborhood. Lots of Bars and restaurants for all occasions.

Great little mall to chill at and do some grocery shopping. The Spar there is awesome and there are a few cool niche stores to take a look at. Sorbet Man is amazing!
