On Tuesday 22 March two long-standing friends, Dr Ken Esterhuizen and Dr James Elias, stayed over the night at this outstanding lodge. Andrew and Nell served as relaxed and efficient hosts ,making themselves constantly available to the guests that night. The food and wine were excellent, the conversation funny and stimulating, the room setting delightful and restful (and spotlessly clean!). The one problem was that as we had "booked ahead" we were not able to stay a further night or two.

Thank you Andrew and Nellie for wonderful stay in your Country House,we were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house and surroundings are lovely and Nellie's cooking superb! Good luck with your tours Andrew they sound wonderful. Hope to see you again.
