  Our low carb, high protein platters: Bacon and mushroom frittata, kudu carpaccio with onion marmalade on a 'oepsie', biltong mousse on a 'oepsie', ostrich meatballs with minted yoghurt,... sticky beef kebabs, chicken kebabs with sweet chilli sauce.

  We did some open air catering for the Iron Ministries gathering at El Lions. On the rotisserie we did leg of lamb marinated in garlic, rosemary and lemon zest.

  The selection of canapes served at the Marthie Mare book launch at Cafe Delicieux on the 11th of March. The selection included: sesame seared tuna with wasabi mayonnaise, kudu carpaccio with a pear compote, biltong mousse on a crostini, smoked salmon and cream cheese roulade, parma ham, goats cheese and grape,... caprese skewer, mini chicken and pineapple kebab, smoked salmon and dill mousse, mushroom duxcelle on a puff pastry star

  We are proud to present our new menu, fresh off the press! Rest assured that our regulars will still find their favourite dishes, we have just given the menu a facelift.

  There is some new items on the menu like a scrumptious mushroom and feta stuffed chicken breast and a juicy sirloin steak to sink your teeth into.
