Pathetic servicepaid 6grand and my aircon still won't workbunch of crookscan't believe I was referred by vw to them for my polo vivomy aircon kept breaking in less than a weekdon't know wht they doingwished I had checked the reviews of other unhappy customers before I went to them as they are also bad

I am not happy with their service at all within a week my gas keeps running out and they always give me different excuses. I have been coming back here 4 times within a month. im only coming back here to fix it cause it still under warranty.Otherwise i would have taken my car to another aircon fixer. and they take forever for leak and regassing. and today i gave them 6h 45min but still the car is not ready.. im really pissed off right now. This is not a place to recommend.

I must say the service and quality of cool connection is pathetic I will not recommend them to anyone. My aircon did not last for a month which costed me 10k really disappointing!

Fitted brand new aircon unit 2 yrs ago, a year later the condenser was leaking and was replaced with a new one. This year in August the air con was not working. Took it in and was told the gas leaked out. Upon enquiry was told by technician that who ever fitted condensor had not secured the pipe which caused leak. Owner now does not want to repair unless I pay R1 900 for the pipe and re gas. Please don't use these people as it seems every year the has to go in for rehashing.
