I was promised that I will get my rates refund within 3 months (even paid a fee) for this, it is now 8 months later and numerous emails sent to Merisna. I have worked with many other transferring attorneys and never had this problem. I would NOT advise to use them if you are selling your property.

I have been struggling to get a property transferred through CBI for the last night months. 99% of the time the seller and buyer never meet during the sale process. Myself and the seller have constantly been doing CBI Attorneys jobs and even met.
They lack professional demeanor, etiquette and respect for their client is disgraceful. I am appalled at their service. Both myself and the seller are being held hostage by them as I am unable to invest in anything till this transfer goes through and the seller is still awaiting sale proceeds , while they earn interest on the funds in their trust account.
I am fortunate that this is an investment property for me , I dread to think what would have happened if this was for my primary residence.
Felicia, Tessa and Charlene have an absolute don’t care attitude.
As we speak this property is still not transferred 9 months and counting later.
Every week they send outdated updates and are very evasive , I have to make a scene every time to get something done and they just keep blaming the seller.response / report this review -
