Very poor experience. No cashiers available. Told the 2 were gone for lunch simultaneously and had to go to other end of store to pay. Suffice to say I walked out without purchasing

Excellent place! Love all their products, can spend hours here! Yes we do need to up on their customer service perhaps.. but overall I just love the shop and couldn't be bothered if someone helps me or not As I might feel disturbed lol! Has everything one needs under ONE ROOF! Makes it a SOUTH AFRICAN shop so that is even more reason to rather shop here than a CHINESE shop!!!

I have had the pleasure on several occasions to be advised, and assisted by the very friendly, and helpful staff at this branch, under the excellent management of Pierre Du Plessis.

In the paint department, Warren's superior knowledge has set me on the right track, and prevented costly mistakes.

The always friendly assistance, and excellent value for money is my incentive to drive the 110km roundtrip from Mtubatuba.

Not to forget Joe, who is always ready to help.

Large variety of products is good but staff are not helpful. Everytime I need assistance I have to ask the front desk , and most of the time no one arrives to provide assistance. Also if they are out of stock and is lucky enough to get a person to ask to order it. It never arrives and they dont keep track of customer requests
