  Terrible service at Newcastle branch. Waited i dont know how long to place a order. Wanted to see the manager but he could not be found.

  Wonderful brand BUT the franchise always has a shortage of stock of needed items. They are pretty average in terms of inventory control. The staff is very helpful though and the prices are reasonable.
