Very very shoddy service when it comes to after sales support. I bought a Ryobi Brush Cutter in Oct 2017 and in Dec it had a stuck pulling engine starter string. They took it in for repairs mid December, called early January 2018 to say it wasnt ready and didnt come back to me until I called them mid January 2018. They said they would not cover the repairs and asked me to accept a quote which I did immediately. Then three days later someone called me to give me the quote again! I again accepted it and after several visits they only called to say the brush cutter was ready earlky february. I colleacted and when i got hom, after paying over R700 for repairs it wasnt working!! I took it back on 14 February and they said the case would now be treated as urgent. Today 26 February I am still waiting. very unrpofessional. I asked several times to see their manager, someone called Frikkie, and on all occassions he has not been available!!

They have got competitive pricing in this area. I always compare with them and find that they are cheaper 60% of the time.

Service is poor and prices are too high and the 4×4 seat covers are always out of stock I've been trying for months to get the correct black full set but nothing,ive spend well over 50000 in that shop but it seems to worsen every day.

An employee suspicious inspected my motorcycle and then rather sharply left.
Was he just curious or something more sinister? Either way I won't be coming back any time soon .
