This is a large store so you'll likely find whatever you're looking for. All the pay points were open so the queue moved quickly. I'm knocking off 2 stars because the shopping baskets are filthy dirty. It was not pleasant to look at or touch. It would be nice if they had a sanitizing station like most stores do nowadays. Just because it's a hardware store doesn't mean their baskets should be filthy.

Well stocked for most of your more mundane requirements but severely overpriced. I usually buy things from Gelmar or Makro rather as they have a larger selection at a better price with much more helpful staff.

A do it yourselfers paradise. Love this store. Wide range of products and easy to shop on your own, for those wanting assistance there are knowledgeable staff easily identifiable in their smart uniforms.

Such horrible service. We were "assisted" by a lazy, unenthusiastic and rude slaesman by the name of FRANCINA KHOZA. She had such a bad attitide. People like her shouldn't have jobs!!!! Mxm nonsense ðŸ˜

If I could rate the service in a minus, I would. Unfortunately you have to receive service to rate it. Horrible place with horrible service and horrible customer care. Would never set foot there ever again.

You can get anything you need to do maintenance around your house under one roof. Just hard to get someone to help you if you need advice, or if you are trying to find something.

Amazing experience. Betheul, one of the guys working there, went out of his way to help me. Not only did he find me the best materials but also helped me build the project. A few of the other guys also pitched and it was really one of the best visits I've had to any hardware store. Thank you
