Super efficient. A friendly guy cut a key for me and programmed a remote I bought in store, all under 30 minutes and that on a Sunday!

Very affordable prices on many of their products. When assistance from staff is needed i always have to go find an assistant first, never have i found that assistants will come to the customer.

Finding someone to help might be difficult at times. Go there often and is happy with the service most of the time.

You always have to hang around for someone to assist you. When I asked for some assistance, the clerk said he can't help me because he is busy.

They rarely carry enough stock, they are always out of stock and it takes weeks for them to even respond. They do not even do you the courtesy of finding out if the shop in the next town has stock or not or make a plan to get from them. Rather skip this shop and visit Klerksdorp Builders Warehouse instead.
