Placed an order for a 9 inch Vanilla fresh cream sponge cake yesterday morning 12-03-2018 with Anniecalled this morning 8:30 to confirm order only to be told order not received and Annie is on leave..was transferred though the department's as no one wanted to take responsibility for the erroralso spoke to Pindele.finally was contacted by a girl from the shop who had earlier taken my details, who confirmed a manager was processing my order @ 12:30.and it will ready for collection at 3:30(last min as they close at 4).only to find that when my wife went to collect the manager was gone off and my so called B day cake not even in the oven.very disappointed customer.
