I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from them! I placed an online order on the 2nd of August. Since then there has not been any communication made from their end to keep me updated on my status order neither do they respond to emails which is sent to their email address and everytime you call they say they will call you back, and with no surprise, this also doesn't happen. They also promised for my order to be delivered on the 13th of August which it wasn't and having to call them AGAIN it has come to light that they cannot get in touch with their supplier to confirm when my order will be delivered.

Spare yourselves the trouble and admin and rather buy from a different store.

Ordered a scale early December, when I started asking questions about delivery, I was told its long due to covid. When I asked at a later stage again, the product was out of stock and now I have to wait till they get stock again, I asked for a refund on the 18th of December, they said it will take 3-5 working days. It's been much longer than that and still no refund

This has been the worst online experience I have had in a long time. I ordered a Philips item. They then send me the cheaper item ( a lot cheaper). Now we are at 6 weeks of emails and phone calls and yet nothing. They haven't refunded me or even try to fix the issue - Please be aware of them.

Brilliant service will definitely be back again, ordered a vacuum cleaner on Friday and it was delivered Saturday morning. No hassle no fuss, thanks for the great service :)
