I understand parts can take time to arrive but after R2000 and 4 days my brakes still don’t work and my handbrake is still not working. These guys do NOT know what they are doing.

Brake Centre opens at 7:45. When I arrived at reception at 7:50 and asked to have my car's shocks checked, Reception informed me that they can't check it before their boss hasn't arrived so we have to wait for the boss to arrive. When I asked what time the boss arrives, Recption replied to say that the boss arrives when he wants to arrive. This is extremely unprofessional as they should be able to assist as soon as they open. I went to Steering and CV Solutions around the corner where I was assisted professionally and timely.
