We've been going there for over 20 years. For the last 2 years it's varied between twice a week to once every fortnight with the same animal. The staff on the front desks, with the exception of 2, never fail to ask who we are and what our address is, as if they've never seen us before. The Veterinarians themselves are wonderful, caring people but the front office staff make the already difficult experience a very unpleasant one. Either they're really not interested in remembering people and everyone is just an income to them or they ask their standard questions out of habit without considering how it makes their customers feel. Either way it's infuriating.

My first visit was 5star. My second, also 5star. My third, half a star. The doctor who discharged Zeus today didn't even know what he came in for (THE ENTIRE DAY) and asked ME why he was booked in. Why didn't she read his file before calling me in?? Plus, nobody bothered to answer any of my questions I left in his cooler bag together with his insulin. I also asked on discharge if he was already injected or must I still inject him and the answer was "nah I don't think we did"??? I expected a YES or NO. He came for his second glucose curve drip with you guys and still no proper diagnosis for his dosage of insulin. And you asked he must come back again. I'm not happy and very disappointed in today's service. From my first to 3rd visit it went from hero to zero.

Friendly helpful staff. Arrived there with 2 very active border collies. One of the staff members offered to take the one to allow me to complete the forms since I was a first time visitor. Even my dogs were happy to sit with the helpers. Doctor was friendly, caring, professional and really knew how to work with clever, "suspicious of what you are doing with a syringe" dogs. Consultation rates are the best around the area

visited this vet on Wednesday (really happy with the services received) from the reception area all the way to the veterinarian :) This was my first time taking my dog here and they were very knowledgeable and kind. the prices are also very reasonable - Happy customer and Happy dog :)

We have been visiting this vet for many years. The service is always great and they are very understanding and also compassionate. The morning hours, where no appointments required, can get quite busy sometimes so the wait times can get quite long due to the clinic being very popular. You can make appointments for later in the day though.

Wonderful, experienced doctors who really care. They'll go out of their way to help and do everything to ensure your animal gets the best treatment possible. As an added bonus they don't overcharge. This is the best practice out there!

Very bad service! Still waiting on Dr brand to call back its been a week! Just glad that we took our pet away! They we're just draining money out of us! Won't ever sit my foot in that place again!
