Great mall with lots of shops, cam get crowded on holidays en week end. Keep eye on your kids and carefull of the people in the car parking areas as they can't be trusted.

Situated centrally in the Richards Bay Cbd. Offers shopping variety to provide virtually in everything one may need. There is sufficient parking and there is a comfortable shopping atmosphere.

Get there as early as possible as it gets packed pretty quickly. Decent range of shops, from the usual department and clothing stores, to fast fashion stores like Mr Price, H&M, Identity and Legit. It could do with more restaurants though. Go to The Elephant & I for great food

There are a wide range of stores here but the layout is a little weird which makes it slightly difficult to navigate. There aren't as many options when it comes to restaurants, but there are plenty of fast food restaurants very close to the mall. It's also in close proximity to a number of other centres and amenities (gym, licensing department, SARS), which are all within walking distance from one of the entrances. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
A few things to note:
1. The cinema doesn't have an IMAX which is a bummer.
2. It gets very busy during weekends.
3. Pay-to-enter restrooms.

Great place however I was harassed here once by a colored male who asked me if he can be my boyfriend to protect me. This mall definitely needs more security around the back entrance where "Selfast" is. These people are giving the mall a really bad name, I told him off of course to which he apologized but I realized he was following me when I entered the mall up until I met up with my boyfriend. This was ridiculous and needs to end, woman should feel safe.

Boardwalk could extend their hours, also look at tenants who closes 5-10 minutes before real closing time. Which is very irritating if you are rushing from work to make it there!

I can't get used of the malls parking. I park at one place then go into mall and find myself lost. Blame myself for not registering from which stores in entered

Undergoing some construction with some shops relocating to make space for improvement. Would recommend management to bring down the cost of the parking. Have been to the new Junction mall in Ballito and their parking rates are far better.

It's a good mall, grocery stores are situated near exits, it has jewelry shops a gaming area with a balling alley and a toy store, it has a cinema with 5 screens and has 3d projectors, has a dessert restaurant and a few other restaurants some only for seafood, and some serve a variety of foods and has a pizza place and bedding shops and shoe shops some, it has shops for clothing and shoes some a little pricey some inexpensive depending on your pocket

I was mistreated by security, told I can't sit down on the benches even after I explained that I had just ran over 8km in 42 degree blistering heat and just wanted to finish my bottle of water that I just bought from the mall.
Another white man sitting across from me with a broken leg received the same treatment. - WTF
The security guard threatened violence and refused to take me to management. I was treated like a bloody hobo.
I've been shopping here since I was a child and I will now avoid it whenever possible except to visit my sister whom works there.response / report this review -
