Huge shopping mall, lots of shops and good atmosphere. Can get overcrowded so be careful and watch your kids. Careful of the people wanting to 'wash' your car, lots of them are crooks. Some of the car gaurds are helpful. Keep valuables hidden if left in the car.
The undercover parking feels safer as there are cameras there although you are gonna pay for it.

It's a coolest place to be! You find freedom when you're in it,it is wide open,clean and clear.Stores are together not apart from each other. Not easy to get lost.Tight security system.

The mall is big enough to cater to the community here, so have fun because there are restaurants, arcade games and bowling, a cinema and other stores for various needs.

Its a little heaven in the North Coast. Love it as my family is based in Richards Bay. Sometimes I drive an hour just to go to their shops. Has everything you could possibly need.

Tenants like Dischem warns people 30mins before the time every 5min to finish their shopping as they are closing. It's really uncomfortable to be in DISCHEM anytime within 30mins of closing time. They make you feel guilty that you are also working and rushed there to make it.

I was mistreated by security, told I can't sit down on the benches even after I explained that I had just ran over 8km in 42 degree blistering heat and just wanted to finish my bottle of water that I just bought from the mall.

Another white man sitting across from me with a broken leg received the same treatment. - WTF

The security guard threatened violence and refused to take me to management. I was treated like a bloody hobo.

I've been shopping here since I was a child and I will now avoid it whenever possible except to visit my sister whom works there.

It is clean, it has most of the shops other bigger malls have, however, you have to pay to use the restrooms, and most of the restaurants don't have their own restrooms,meaning you have to walk quiet a distance for the loo.
