Super chilled placed. Enjoying my stay on the farm. Braai "BBQ" Facilities. Fire pit. Stars. Horses. Trout fishing dams. Really beautiful setup.

Great cozy place, lot's of privacy. The units are spaced far enough apart. Wood was provided each day for the fire place. It's in a beautiful area.

As a bonus, we got to test their mtb trails which are under construction. Some work still being done, but already a great trail with beautiful views and a lot of variety in terms of riding experience.

With Regard to Mr Archers Rewiew.
Mr Archer, insisted on wanting to bring a caravan to our campsite which we don't usually allow; we made an exception; explained that we do not have hard standing pitches, or facilities for chemical toilets; and that access was via a dirt road.
Mr Archer rang several times asking again and again about facilities; each time they where explained. ( including a phone call the day before he was due to arrive) Mr Archer never mentioned any concerns or that they were considering cancelling. On the day of arrival I contacted Mr Archer for an ETA for his booking. Mr Archer informed me that they were not coming as clearly we didn't have his required facilities and that we apparently did not want him here. On asking why he didn't contact us to discuss concerns or inform us that they were not coming Mr Archer promptly hung up the phone call. (Booking was for Easter Weekend)
If Mr Archer had voiced his concerns or cancelled in advance we would have considered refunding his deposit.

We booked via SA Venues, and paid a deposit. However after speaking to Tamlyn we decided not to go, since she made it sound as if she did not really want our caravan there. Tamlyn called on the day we were supposed to arrive, and wanted to know why we were not coming.When I explained to her why not, she got confrontational about it. I'm glad we did not go.
