  Its such a beautiful place. The atmosphere is amazing and the Waitor and waitress were very helpful. I had to leave due to the fact that the menu isnt Vegetarian friendly and struggled to find something I could eat on the menu. I hope you introduce more Vegetatian friendly meals in your menu in future. I will definately be returning soon. Thank-you for the lovely service ;-)

  One star for decor. It's an expensive steakhouse, with overpriced wine, dry fish, underwhelming steak, and uninspired service. Go to Butcher Boys instead. Did not live up to its reputation.

  I was just at your outdoor garden area at the Big Easy. I am appalled at the treatment I have just received from your manager at the Big Easy.
  
  I was sitting down in the garden area of the Big Easy reading a document. A waiter approached with a menu and I said I wasn’t really thirsty or anything at that moment. I was just enjoying the sun a bit for now. The entire garden area did not have anybody else seated. I was considering something to drink as it was hot.
  
  Moments later without asking if I was a resident of the Hilton or anything of that sort, your manager at the Big Easy said that if I wasn’t going to order anything I should leave.
  
  1. If I was currently staying at the Hilton, your manager would be in real trouble. Is this the type of people you hire?
  2. I occasionally visit the Big Easy and the coffee shop there in my breaks with friends and have lunch or drinks on the weekends. This is going to stop and I’m going to make sure I make this known to the public.

  Food is amazing, great wine selection, very classy modern, upscale chic' atmosphere. Also very moderately priced for western vacationers (US/Europe), you will not believe the value for your $$. The steak is an absolute must try.
