extremely small lounge. Gets cramp not enough seats. Poor selection with hardly any food. Within seconds as soon as a platter comes out from the kitchen, it's finish. No bathroom or toilet in the lounge. Gives a bad impression of the bidvest brand. You better off eating at the coffee shop downstairs.

Wow. I am stunned at how little the staff care. There's no competition for the lounge so it makes sense. Just crazy that a big company still allow this sort of crappy service in this day and age. Good riddance
