These guys are the real deal! I contacted Paul Els in the service/accessories dept. Received an almost instant response with more info and pricing than requested. Was able to make an even more informed decision on my purchase. Paul and his team have handled everything from start to finish, and taking into account I am based in Harare, ZW, my goods are wrapped and en route for delivery. The service has been absolutely flawless, incredibly helpful staff and all round fantastic. These guys are truly “leading the way” and going above and beyond for their clients. Keep up the good work 🇿🇼🇿🇦

Sold me a car with a malfunction radio. After complaining, l went they asked me to come for 4 times wasting my time and fuel only to be more disappointed. I was given a more cheap user unfriendly radio. So disappointed

Service department could be corrupt. They quote different prices. I was quoted R6000 for two pairs of break pads but another consult said R3000! I have more stories. Allegedly somtyms they don't replace parts though you paid.

The rating for this dealership should be a minus, how is it possible that the general manager is so incompetent, he doesn't even know the Toyota product imagine if it was a different brand not even training would equip him. If what is delivered by this dealership is called service then they are in the wrong industry. What about deal standards, customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time going there as the service side of that dealership consists of people that claim to know about the Toyota product but actually know nothing.
