Operating hours are stipulated on the window, so I arrive at 07h55 and wait!! At approximately 08h05, the office not being open yet I call the number on the window only to be told the person working in the shop is still in Rustenburg at that branch. However she can assist me in 45 minutes! Must admit if this is the type of service from a "super company" BIDVEST then I don't know what to expect from a smaller company without such a huge financial backing!!!!! Terrible service.!!!!!!!!!
