  The staff here are all heroes. They don't just assist with fires but also when you are in any other emergency. I've been to them in need of an ambulance or someone in the family had an allergic reaction or in the case of an asthma attack where the individual did not have an inhaler. You can also go to them if you're going into labour and you don't have a ride to the hospital. Don't fret over them having casual conversations while they attend to your emergency, they do care.
