Not good at all. After deciding what to eat and waiting for a while the "good" news no prawns available. Nothing on the menue available with prawns. Manager did not even bother to come to our table!

A dreadful experience - I went with my family on Easter Sunday. I ordered my steak medium rare and twice they served me a well done steak. My family had finished a long time ago when they finally served me the third steak which was less than rare and with burnt fries and onion ring - they repeatedly could not get this right. Still I had to pay about 700 rand to leave the place as a very dissatisfied customer. Additionally Play Canyon had no supervision and there was the smell of smoke in the non-smoking section ( I was told that they are 'roasting coffee')

I was promised that the owner would call me which did not happen. It shows that if the owner does not care then why should the staff. Overall I am highly unhappy about the awful experience.

One star only because zero stars cannot be selected - avoid at all costs

A very nice Spur located in he trendy area of Klerksdorp. The staff are well trained and very friendly. Food is of good quality. Definitely a family venue with a huge play area.

Was sent a trainee to take our order. Not the persons fault should have been supervised. Some one did take over (who was very good) but the initial experience spoiled. Steaks were good.
