Service can be improved. The promised WiFi is problematic as staff is not able to accurately read the code.

We were there with small kids, it really wasn't ideal for them. No secure play area, we were on the second floor and the units had no balcony either.
Other residents were noisy playing Loud music in the parking area.
Cleaning wasn't up to standard (even though the units were serviced daily). They only clean where it's visible and even then they do it badly. Dirt under couches and beds was still there when we left after 5 nights!
Dishes weren't cleaned properly. Ended up getting our own dishwashing liquid and cloths.

Its a beautiful place with a very reasobable prices. Excellent family vacation place. I feel that management needs to regulate the long staying guests in terms of noise even after 11pm, this might chase away other guests.

Nice place, hot water is available around the clock, it's quiet, has secure parking and the beds are comfortable, and you also have DSTV, and cell reception is good

Standard of cleanliness is very poor. On some days, my room was not cleaned. When staff was alerted, they were grumpy complaining that it was knock off time. I will not visit again!
