The frequent/regular communication and explanations of steps to follow during the process of the selling of my flat, was highly appreciated. Baie and Ercia were just as enthusiatic to get our house sold as we were. They went through various solutions to find the right pricing and never gave up, until the job was professionally done! And it took a while, longer than we expected, but they never ran out of solutions and energy. And if this creates a 'problem' for them, I'm sorry.but the 'handing over party' with them, the new owner and us was a huge success! Thanks a lot Basie and Erica! :):)
