I was in chronic pain for the past 4 years - was even scheduled to undergo a back op which I declined with my medical aid. Since then several conservative treatments were used however this helped just for a short while. People and social media has advised me the dangers of using a Chiro therefore I was a bit skeptical initially. According to Dr Axe (you tube) he has suggested to go to a Chiro who specialises in corrective alignment. It's such a blessing that I found Dr Palmer. I have already noticed a great improvement in my health. It is such a wow feeling to get up in the mornings with no pain. Thank you Dr Palmer for assisting me through this healing process. Also a big thank you to Leigh who is ever so willing to give expert advices as well.

I am so impressed with Dr David Palmer . The atmosphere and the reception is absolutely great. He has helped me with his Corrective Chiropractic method in a few sessions . I feel great and I have decided to go for regular sessions for better posture and quality of life. I highly recommend him. Dr Palmer you are the Best. God Bless you.

I have suffered from lower back pain for more than ten years, during which time I’ve been trying to alleviate the pain by watching my posture, doing stretching exercises, and staying physically active.
When a few months ago I suddenly suffered from extreme pain down my right leg (sciatic nerve pain), on top of the usual lower back pain, a friend recommended Dr. David Palmer to me.
I don’t easily seek professional help (I usually go the ‘Google–DIY–route’), but this time I realized I needed all the help I could get to be relieved from this terrible pain, so I followed my friend’s advice and made an appointment with Align Chiropractic.
From the moment I walked into their practice I was impressed by the friendly faces, efficiency, and passion to help people feel better.
Dr. David Palmer started with a thorough assessment, taking photos and X-rays at his practice. He gave feedback within two days, and came up with a corrective treatment plan, with affordable treatment packages.
I started having regular adjustments, and after a few weeks was given corrective exercises, including exercises on traction wedges and a ‘wobble disc’, to complement Dr. David Palmer’s adjustments at home.
Since the very start of Dr. David Palmer’s adjustments I have experienced enormous improvements: the acute pain in my right leg vanished after the first treatment (!), my lower back pain practically disappeared after three months, and I feel generally energized and more flexible. All this without the use of any drugs or surgery, and in a safe and natural way!!
Dr. Davis Palmer’s commitment to finding and treating the root cause of the pain, his passion for a holistic approach to natural health, and his golden hands are absolutely amazing!
His lovely wife Leigh-Anne is the friendliest and most efficient manager you’ve ever come across, and Prudence does magic with her lovely smile at the reception.

I have been suffering with lower back and neck pain for well over a year, like everything 1 thing led to another, lack of sleep, headaches, anxiety, restlessness, mood swings. It was really taking a toll on my health and my overall daily activities. Like most people i assumed medication would help which it did, but didn't really solve the problem. I made an appointment with the reception at Align Corrective after checking out their website and read their case studies. Dr David Palmer was actually quite thorough in his assessment, didn't really experience that at other Chiropractors. Well the root to 95% of my problems came from my neck which was way out of alignment, Dr Palmer had taken X-rays and pointed out where my problem areas are. I am currently still on my road to recovery, I have seen Dr Palmer 6 times already and i feel great, anxiety slowly fading away as well as my headaches. I have 8 more sessions with him. The regular migraines that I was experiencing previously were indescribable. I was in so much pain, on such a frequent basis and didn't know what to do about it. After starting treatment with Dr David Palmer at Align Corrective Chiropractic, my migraines began to subside, to the point that I no longer suffer with migraine headaches. I am so grateful to Dr Palmer for this life-changing treatment - I didn't know that there was an option to correct your spinal alignment and be relieved of this pain long-term. I am truly grateful.

Dr Palmer is probably the best chiropractor in Durban. Every visit is a great experience. I would highly suggest you visit him if you have any form of back problems.

I was suffering with lower back ache for over a year. I had never considered seeing a Chiropractor as I wasn't too sure what it actually entailed or if they would even be able to help me. After considering all my options, I finally gave in and had my fist appointment with Dr David Palmer. He explained step by step what the process would be and what I should expect from having treatment done. It has been just about 1 year and I do not suffer with any lower back ache! He is truly amazing and very thorough in his practice.

After experiencing back pain for a few months, I've started seeing Dr Palmer. He is very professional and thorough in finding the root of the issue, after some adjustments my back pain is really improving and I am able to start gym again. If you are looking for a Chiropractor in the Durban area, Dr Palmer is highly recommended!

Dr Palmer is amazing!! A friend of mine recommended that I see Dr Palmer for my headaches and lower back pain. After the first few sessions I felt 100% better, and the adjustments continue to help me feel great. Thanks Dave! :-)
