  Do your consultants not call cell numbers because yourl can't afford the cost or just stingy? don't call my line line when I'm at work and when I call or my mum yourl dont answer waste of time inefficient service don't bother using this travel agency.

  I have used Avoca travels recently for my trip to Maldives , what a great experience for my wife and i, the consultant that handled my booking was professional and had all the relevant documents in order before i travelled ,everything was to the tee , A special thank you goes out to Leshana and all the lovely ladies at Avoca Travels for making this a wonderful yet never forgettable experience.I highly recommend Avoca Travels to my family and friends

  The one star rating is only because I needed to post my review.
  
  You should actually get a negative score
  
  In all my 37 years of being in business , I have never begged for service like I did with your company. Your staff do not reply to phone calls, are almost never available to take your call and every call is screened before you put through. 90% of the time your lady will not take the call or is busy or in a meeting.
  
  Your poor service has cost our group of 6 travellers R26 382 extra for our holiday because of rate changes , flight charges and all because of your slow non responsive service. Its almost as if you feel you are doing us a favour by even talking to us
  
  Maybe you should teach your staff that the customer is the most important part of your business ( although they may not always be right ) and its because of the customer they have a job.
  
  Its sad to see a privately owned business that was run as a hands on family business has lost its personal eastern business acumen and is now run in a manner that is worst than our government .
  
  My family and I have travelled with you guys many times, but we will never ever travel with you again.
  
  We however still booked for our holiday through Serendipity Travel , who have given us extremly great service far above what you call service.
  
  Remember you can only fool a person once.
  
  I only hope that other potential customers of yours read this review before even thinking of looking for your phone number.
