Twice called out for the same blockage on different spots on the same line, & we promptly paid.apparently blockages aren't guaranteed so the third time we called it in, we still would have needed to pay a call out fee, regardless, before the blockage was even checked, but it was all on the same line. No "let's see what the problem is and how we can solve it instead of it costing you a packet" .thats not great service
