Shocking service. I have been waiting for days to receive a simple collection quote and the Aucor employee who I've been in contact with just keeps ignoring my whatsapp messages and phone calls. Don't waste your time with Aucor - there are plenty of smaller auctioneer companies out there who actually care about their customers.

I was a first time buyer using their online auction app. However I am deeply disappointed with them, and will never use them again. Their service and communication is dismal. Every step of the process is deeply flawed and requires you to follow up numerous times to get any resolution. Finally once I went to their warehouse to collect the goods the item I had purchased was not to be found.
