Hi. Be advised that Carwash doesn't have a pressure cleaner to wash cars and they still charge you R70. Very disappointed as I was trying to support local business. The cashier is slow as can be and supervisor behind the counter does nothing to assist her as she was clearly struggling. Won't be coming back here in a hurry. In the year that I have supported this garage I have yet to see a manager on duty. I live 200m away from this business but will think twice before coming back again.

Nothing wrong with this service station but nothing spectacular either. They are quite quick with the actual deliverance of alternative services such as filling tyre pressure, washing windows, etc. Less a star because, a few times that I had gone there, I had to wait almost two minutes for service. Bear in mind that this place does get busy quite often in the morning and afternoon.

Moved to Westville recently and hoped that this service station would become a regular stop for me but after my first encounter with the staff, id rather go out of my normal route to another service station.
I had asked the attendant to top up my fuel tank and check the air in tyres. Once he started checking the air, i noticed the station has the option of a nitrogen top up and asked the attendance to use that instead. The attendance said in a very rude and arrogant manner that he won't do it and i must do it myself!
I went in the shop to ask the cashier to speak to manager however, there was no management on site and no one could assist me. The cashier became rude and said she cannot assist and she has nothing to do with what happens on the forecourt. The cashier and attendance where rude and became aggressive. I contacted the manager who gave me the contact number of the owner. After 4 attempts to contact the owner who never answered or returned my calls, i gave up and never went back!
Unfortunately with staff like that, they will lose even more customers.response / report this review -

I used to frequent this garage but such a harrowing experience with an attendee that I now go elsewhere . The attendant tried to sell us a lost dog and when we demanded he call the owner they quickly dispersed and began laughing at us. When we asked how a sad situation could be funny the response was we are allowed to laugh. They didn't to us all professionally and with such ethics its scary to have them handle my vehicle. Sorry but no more and will be spreading the word. I hope the management take this seriously
