Arca Durban has very friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to help their patients. They have a holistic view to treatment and a high success rate.

I came into this centre a total wreck,addicted and have found the centre and surrounding so calming and tranquil.The programme was excellent and I can proudly say Arca has saved me ,my life, my family and gave me hope and vision for our future ahead.The friendly staff and level of professionalism and understanding was uncanning. I am trlu greatful to Dr C Naidoo and his staff for the work that yourll do.

A family member went there for an assessment when i called to admit the patient, the receptionist was absolutely rude being the first person of communication for the insistute, she didnt allow me to finish my sentence, I can only imagine how they are treating patients living there, it is absolutely shocking, even though this institution's website shows how good they are, it is very deceiving to see how they actually speak and treat people in reality ,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEND A LOVED ONE HERE, rather go to Tetelestai Recovery Centre, they are prepared to help and assist in every way possible, they are people with a passion to help! Not ARCA.

Lectured on need for mutual respect; but Alicia has no respect for Families; Feedback is nonexistent and Food is a disgrace at the cost.
