Fully paid for removal on 20/01/17 just to have my stuff moved by S&S (who i think is the best) 11 months down the line still not receiving my money back from Fanie who says he does not care even if i make a case at the police. He and his company is the worst i have encountered ever sayin he is a christian. Bul dust. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!!

People beware, do not use this company. Your prized possessions will more likely than not never be delivered, only partially delivered or partially delivered but late. No feedback from Arbor about delivery date and time, no insurance cover for "lost" items.BEWARE. gave 1 star as 0 was not allowed by system..
Just an update: These criminals have disputed the fact that our possessions went missing with their insurer, resulting in the insurance not paying our claim. A total loss to us and Brenda Venter and Fanie Bam gets away with yet another criminal act. BE AWARE; BE AWARE; BE AWARE.response / report this review -

This company is the worst ever! Arbor and and cf movers is at the same adress. Using the same number. They are not on time. They break and abuse your stuff and then to top that you call and call to look for your stuff and they dont answer, they were late by 3 days. Guys that guys will promise you sunshine and roses and then you get broken and flooded stuff. Do yourselfs a favour and dont even call them

Please run when you hear their name. They moved our furniture and we paid them for storage. The stole our furniture to the value of R600000.00. They even stole a bible that"s been in our family for more than 300 years. We are busy with a court case against them. They are still doing quotations, taking deposits but do not have any trucks running at this stage. They sell your furniture in Mpumalanga and also in Pietersburg to cash crusaders, other second hand shops, etc. Please contact me if the same happened to you. There is already several clients who also decided to take them to court. I will not rest until I see them behind bars!

I wish to thank "Brenda Venter" of Arbor Removals & Storage, for her friendly assistance and quick response on booking my move today on such short notice and during the worst time of the year, between Christmas & New Year! You are a true star and I am looking forward to meet your driver & team at the date of my furniture removal.
