  1st experience 1st time taking my laundry to a dry cleaner and wow I have never been sooo Happy and satisfied with a Service.. Words could never express how much I appreciate Aqua Room Laundry for such exceptional and wonderful service. I wish you continue providing such 5 star service.It was a pleasure bringing my laundry on the 1st of August and receiving it on the 2nd I'm a Happy customer and see you soon 🤗🤗🤗🤗

  Just used Aqua room for the first time the other day. SO happy I did. Laundry is my least favorite household chore, and when you have a hectic life like i do, it's worth it to pay a little to have it taken care of for you. The clothes smelled great, they were folded better than I ever can do, and they even hung up a few of my dresses/jackets on hangers to avoid wrinkles. I had a boatload of laundry (because I avoid doing laundry at all costs), so i was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I highly recommend this service!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you aqua room for making my life just a little easier.

  My whites came back brighter. I received my laundry & blanket the same day, oh, and I used my card for payment, talk about convenience. This is a hidden gem in Soweto. Underated for sure.

  I lost a few items from my laundry.
  
  My son's clothes where missing a few items too.
  
  I found clothes I didn't know on my laundry, I took them back, but never recieved mine.
  
  My white items were stained, I think they mix colours.
  
  I once fetched my white skinny jeans looking green, I took them back to show them, they said I should have rinsed it, it was just a soap "Arial".
  
  And when you keep complaining or pointing out to them what you do not like, they get very annoyed.

  terrible experience, the clothes are partially clean, some of my clothes came back with stains on them as if bleach was used customer service is terrible, they have VISA sign outside but every time I have to swipe my card there's issues, this is a terrible laundry I don't recommend it to anyone
