We were doing the baited shark dive as a group of one diver and four non divers. We had a really clear sight and it was truly stunning to see all those sharks swimming below us while we were snorkling on the surface. Also our diver made some great videos. All of us felt very safe during the entire trip even though we had quite some waves going. Thank you again for this great adventure!

I called three operators to book a refresher and a reef dive. One said they don't do charters and wasn't interested enough to let me know who does. The second one told me I wasn't experienced enough to dive with them (I have an advanced certification) arrogant much? Then I called you guys and you were courteous, helpful, RESPECTFUL (take note would-be loser competitors), organised my refresher at short notice and hopefully I'll dive with you later this week. Way to go. It amazes me how so many people in the service business don't seem to get the absolute basics in place. 1. Greet the customer with courtesy. 2. Treat the customer with respect. 3. Find out what the customer needs 4. Supply the product or service. Simple really. You guys get this. Well done and keep it up.

I have been diving with Aqua Planet since 2006. I started with a "try dive" and was immediately hooked. I have subsequently done more and more courses with Aqua Planet, including my Divemasters. Diving with Aqua Planet is always a pleasure. Safety has always been their number one priority with the atmosphere being friendly and accommodating. The dive site, Protea Banks, is one of the top shark dive sites in the world where one can see up to 6 different species of shark. Aqua Planet also offers a wide range of courses where one can further develop their diving skills with patient and friendly instructors.

I have been diving with Aqua Planet for 10 years and as a local I can without a doubt say that they are the best dive centre on the South Coast.

I started out at Aqua Planet Dive Centre and Charter working in the shop. I got to do the Zero to Hero program while paying my dues in the shop. I am currently one of the Divemasters at Aqua Planet and enjoy every single moment of diving with these people. they are very well driven, hard working people with a passion for the ocean and will do everything in their power to give everyone a great experience.

Excellent dive center. I did my advanced course with kym and I continue to dive with her company. Friendly and welcoming staff. Love the attention to detail like warm cups of coffee. An excellent skipper as well. They definitely have a strong "safety first" policy which I appreciate. Excellent dive masters leading the dives. It is a pleasure to dive with Aqua planet and I highly recommend it :)

I have been diving with Aquaplanet for over a decade now, having completed my advanced open water course with them some 11 years ago.
Kym Pollard is a perfectionist and is fastidious about providing clients with great diving experiences.
I am fortunate to have dived a number of international dive destinations and am yet to come across a dive center that is as caring, friendly and conscious of a divers needs as Aquaplanet is.
