This is an interesting little establishment with a menu that would bring happy memories to anyone who has ever had a farm meal, not to mention the "back in the day" artifacts on display. The shop is interesting and they have a great variety of "boere chic/Afrikana" items for sale. I did find their food a little overpriced and would have appreciated someone welcoming us and giving us a quick overview of the place, as there's quite a lot going on, which could leave one feeling a little overwhelmed.

A most interesting visit. Menu is a traditional South African menu. Quaint. Entertaining and interesting to walk around and look at the buildings, garden features, antiques. Large shed housing a shop selling second hand items and antiques. Renovated house filled with antiques. A wonderful trip down memory lane. Bikers welcome.

A must stop. Really something worthwhile seeing. The antiques are extremely interesting. The service is reasonable and the quality of the food is good. It's almost like a trip to a museum, stepping back in time a few decades. It's also a really good place to stop with the kids.

Hendrina is a small town and do not have a lot of good restaurant's. So Antiek-sjiek is a Bonus! Good traditional food! Just keep up with maintenance, because i visit this place regularly and noticed things down grading.. PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS CENTIMENTAL PLACE!

The place has a very nostalgic feel to it and it is very interesting walking around. They have great food but we had n bad experience with service. We waited very long and the waiter was very unfriendly.

Best place for a sunday lunch for some lekker boere kos. They have an amazing collection of antiques for sale. friendly service in the shop and restaurant.
