Worst service I've ever had.

I normally dont leave reviews, but after waiting more than an hour for my food from waitress who clearly does not want to be here I thought I'd atleast warn other people.

When the food finally came it came with the wrong souce and we were then told its because they dont have the other sauce.

great restaurant with a nice ocean view and an excellent service staff. A lot of different types of food for a small budget. We would love to visit the restaurant a second time.

The restaurant lacks good management, staff talk and joke amongst loudly each other to the expense of the customers. Our waitor forgot to take our food order as he was too busy talking to the other staff - I had to go call him myself after 25 minutes. There was also an incident where one waitress "dedicated a song" to another and screamed this loudly across the restaurant. They also lack many items advertised on their menu (and this isn't the first time this has happened while I've visited - the last time they didn't have eggs and bacon at breakfast time). Their food is nice but takes a long time to arrive. With better management and attention to detail, this place could be lovely given its beautiful seaside location.

Angelo's has a lovely set up. The fireplace creates a warm intimate ambiance. The layout is quite fluid yet cramped and the place gets busy.
The service is avarage and the staff is more than helpful.
The waiting period for meals is moderately acceptable yet the comfort experienced makes up for all these.
The dishes are quite basic but all are well prepared, and the big plate 🍽 is a popular choic among men.

Worst service ever!!! Had to wait an hour to get our food AFTER we had ordered. Even then we had to go and ask. Our waitress who didn't even introduce herself abandoned us for other tables. Only when we enquired about our food did she give us a lame explanation about how the kitchen is busy due to the Sunday braai special. I feel like she should have informed us of that when we placed our order so we could make a decision whether we are willing to wait or just go to another restaurant. No apology was made whatsoever. We felt extremely disrespected

Great food. Their steaks are one of the best in town. Friendly staff. It can be difficult to find a place to sit there's a sign saying you should wait to be seated but there's hardly ever anyone waiting to show you to your seats

Okay maybe 4.5 ⛤ but only because their tables are dirty.
Everything else is just perfect. The waiters and waitresses are so friendly and helpful. The menu is very diverse and the prices are very affordable. The food is very tasty and they are very generous with the portions. Their starters are as big as a meal.
Next time I'm in PE, I'm eating there. Gladly!

My boyfriend and I ordered the shrimp linguine, and chicken and shrimp linguine pasta. We were not impressed - at all!
The food was bland, and lacked depth of flavour. The waitron neglected to inform me that the kitchen was out of chilli - a key ingredient in my pasta. And they then replaced it with peri-peri sauce instead, without my knowledge or consent. It affected the overall flavour profile of the food.
I won't go back.

The waitering staff is so slow also when your order does finally arrive somethings are incorrect or don't arrive @ all like my drink I ordered, had to remind my waitress and got the wrong sauce with my burger - its a pity because the food is so yummy.

The service and ambience was amazing. My burger was undercooked but the hand-cut chips more than made up for it. Come here for the view and nice vibes.
