Let down at every turn; didn’t come the day they were meant to, left things behind, broke things and worst of all owe me a considerable amount of money and refuse to pay. Very disappointing after such great promises from Mike 😳

Poor service. Late with confirmation despite paying well in advance, over priced and terrible customer service provision. I would recommend using Man with a Van instead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

No communication. Called me late in the afternoon to schedule a time the day before, I happened to not answer the phone because I was at work. No follow up email sent, no further calls made. Scheduled my move for 12 o clock the next day. Not happy at all. Then it's my fault, the paying client, because I missed 1 phone call, but very quick to take my money.

This team is awesome from beginning to end,denise at the office and all the guys that helped us move. I would recommend them above all. No hassles,friendly and helping with a smile. Great stuff

Wet furniture, destroyed documents, double charged for inventory.

A lot of '1 star' ratings for a reason - we will definitely not be using Amazing Transport again. Goods held ransom until additional payment was made. Following which, our items were received in a beat up, damaged state.
