We needed an overnight stay while driving back to Pretoria from Cape Town and this charming guest house beat all our expectations. A lovely decorated room, free wifi and very friendly and helpful owner.

I would like to compliment Amandia Guesthouse on service above and be and expectation.
My in-laws ( Hannetjie and Jan Viljoen) had to travel to Bloemfontein for medical purposes and needed a place to stay for 2 nights.
Amandia was prepared to accept cash payment and make an arrangement with regards to commission that was supposed to be taken by an agency.
On 6 March my in-laws got totally lost and drove around Bloem for hours, even though they had very specific instructions sent to them by Amanda of Amandia Guesthouse.
When, at around 20:00, we finally got them close enough, Amanda was prepared to drive out and escort them the last few meters.
The following day they were also escorted to and back from their medical check-ups without any additional cost.
Thank you is not enough to describe my appreciation for such care and service.

Amanda is very friendly. Most welcoming place we been at. Very clean, neat and tidy. Great value for money. I will highly recommend Amandia Guesthouse to anyone that want to get away from the hussle and bussle from town. Keep up the great work. Love it here

Excellent value for money, in a quiet residential area of Bloemfontein, this is a place I will return to. Free wifi which actually works at full strength, a small breakfast is included and all facilities are well maintained. Our room was small but cosy and comfortable in every respect, there is a shared kitchen and breakfast nook area and safe parking inside a locked gate. A larger breakfast is available at an additional modest fee.

This is one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed at. Good location and value for money. I've been coming to this guesthouse for a long time and must say the standard and upkeep of the rooms, garden and place are very high. Well done. Will recommend this guesthouse anytime.

My wife and ai spent our first night on Honeymoon in this fantastic place!! Beautiful room, comfortable bed. Clean, fresh. its lovely! and the price is magnificent!

For December my partner and I decided to go on a Road Trip down to the Cape (passing Bloem to go down to East London and then along the coast).
This was our first stop over and it was really lovely stay over stop. The rooms are quaint and cozy, with their own bathroom and kitchenette. WiFi is available, which is always a bonus. The little touches in the room is also wonderful
Amandia is centrally located, easy to find and is close to a few of the malls, so if you wish to eat out for dinner, go watch a movie etc., everything is quite close by and easy to get to.
The breakfast the following morning (a cooked meal at additional charge) was fantastic, and the hosts are lovely. The overall price is also very good.
I definitely recommend this little guest house for any who need to stay over in Bloemfontein.response / report this review -
