  Excellent place to stay. Safe, comfortable, and the owners are the best! They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and they were always available. I'm looking forward to staying there again soon!

  Charlene, myself and the kids arrived in Maclear on 14 June 2017 at about 19:00. The magnificent lighting attracted us and immediately one got the idea of a well organised business. We did not make any booking as we thought we would have been further, on our way home - so we took a chance. The lady and gentleman were so supportive and friendly - they could not cater for our exact needs as a three-quarter bed was not good enough for them for my 12 and 15 year old to share. They phoned two other guest houses without hesitation in order to assist. After seeing the room I just had to book in. Whats more is that their honesty, I would assume, made them decide not to charge me for my two children, but only for the two extra breakfasts the following morning. Well I never!! The brekkie was to perfection and substantial - it sustained us until home in East London at 14:00. The staff were caring and friendly even though they had to bring extra bedding, towels etc after hours to set up for us. I CERTAINLY and without reservation highly recommend this establishment! Thank you for going to all the effort to make our stay as comfortable as it was - A GREAT PLACE WITH GREAT PEOPLE indeed! Allen Charlene and kids.

  Amazing lunch and such a great welcome! Our trip from Kenton to Nottingham Road was made in the hour we had lunch, thank you to all the staff!

  Lovely b&b with modern rooms and fast free internet. A great place for a stopover if you happen to be in the area. They have a restaurant attached to the b&b, so there is no need to go back into town unless you want to fill up the car. The place is well managed and staff is extraordinarily friendly.
