  I previously gave a 1 star rating and an extrememly unforgiving review (see below the line) because of a bad experience.
  
  I am now upgrading my rating to 4 stars because I've been back to this Spur about 10 times since then and I honestly have to say that Spur is still fantastic value for money, especially in terms of breakfast. The staff are friendly and quick and the food is delicious.
  
  I would give 5 stars if not for the condescending car guard that has usurped the premises.

  1. Three people ordered burgers simultaneously but they we're delivered in separate time frames. The third meal came 20 minutes after the first meal.
  
  2. We received frozen guacamole on our bacon and guacamole burgers. Also the bread was noticeably stale and old.
  
  3. It took another 20 minutes to have this fixed.

  Excellent service but consistency in portions and quality are always different. Sometimes side sizes are very small compared to other times I have visited. Dissatisfied after the last visit which I received chips that tasted old and a burger bun that did not stand up to the usual Spur standards.

  A great place to spend some quality family time together with relatives. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Playground facilities are adequate for any discerning child. There is a nice cozy atmosphere and it's never busy or packed. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life and relax, this place is highly recommended.

  If you are looking for a spur that is not too busy like Mooirivier mall spur. Then this is the place to be. Friendly staff and fresh food. The car guards are friendly, give them a tip.

  I dont eat at Spur anymore. You know why By the way, the 2 for 1 burger special only use to be a special when one burger did not cost the price of two! That small burger and a few chips looks just as sparse on a plate like your unreal breakfast.
