1 teller for 30+ clients... enough said.
After ~30 minutes of queuing I was finally able to collect my new replacement card. Staff was extremely friendly albeit a bit chatty/slow. During the whole collection and activation process and setting up a new pin for the card they also managed to somehow not activate my new card at all...such fun. Had major egg on my face at the till when my card kept on declining. A quick visit to an ATM confirmed it - Error 52: Card not activated. Will rather use another branch in future.
Quick Service, and conveniently inside the mall.
They should consider upgrading this branch. Make it bigger. Make it trendy. Its too slow and busy.
Rediculously bad service and never an answer when calling. But that is expected of ABSA. There's no queuing/ticketing system in place and staff is generally lazy. I will be moving to FNB shortly
