Not happy with this branch one bit.
I have on numerous occasions asked them to rectify problems with my account. I get no reply or anything done concerning the problems.
They say that it is going to be taken up with managers and come back to me but nothing happens.
There are other ABSA branches in the area that are much better than this one.
They even charged me for a card replacement that i had for less than a month and stopped working.

This has to be the best Absa branch, all the staff are extremely pleasant and efficient and go out of their way to assist. I wish Hillcrest Absa could take a leaf out of their book. Well done |Waterfall Absa
