Low rating mostly due to personnel at enquiries (front desk). Not very helpful and although on rotation, seldom encounter someone who is not subliminally rude. Queuing at customer service and tellers also very outdated.

It's very disappointing to phone to this branch as the phone never gets answered The lady at the receptionist never answers her phone.

Very poor service. Not helpful at all. They sent me back and forward 3 times with a document. When I went to the Vaal mall branch, they assisted me immediately with exactly the same document that the Sasolburg branch shunted me around with
