  Got a rental car here. i got the full insurance cover and it was reasonably priced. the car Drove well and Avis went out of their way to give me good service overall. top notch car rental company

  This service was just okay. It could use a bit of a revamp. Maybe people a re a bit busy. Otherwise just got what I needed in part. It's ok. Just ok. Nothing special.

  Avis-Budget normally offers a slick service. Today must have been an off day. The car looked like it had been used as a mom's taxi for a few years before they gave it to me. 🤨

  Customer service is great, the car I used was in a good condition.Staff members were friendly and efficient.
  
  The only issue is with the waiting area, it's small with just one couch. The water cooler was empty .

  Unclear on website- must be clear that you cannot pay cash and need 90k on your credit card to rent a car for 2days in December

  Getting the car was hassle-free and service was friendly but after 9 weeks my refund has not been processed yet, I sent my first reminder email after 4 weeks and that when I was told the refund will be sent to the bank and it will be done in 2 days. 5 weeks later still no refund and emails not being responded to.

  poor customer service.More than two weeks after returning a car you are still trying to get information about how much you will be refunded etc, and no one keeps you updated on anything. If I were kept updated I would be more understanding, but I was made to feel like an inconvenience when requesting feedback. Wont rent from them again.

  Outstanding service. The long-term leases are an interesting option. Excellent management. We are very pleased with the customer service provided.
