Beautiful meat! The owner, Peter, prepares all the meals on the open fire place in the garden. He uses oak wood for the flavour, and it shows! Had a fantastic meal in the small courtyard, one that we won't forget any time soon. Highly recommended.

Wenn ich mich auch nicht an jedes Detail dieses Tages erinnern kann aber an den total tollen Abend bei „44 on Ennis“ ganz gewiss!

An diesen lustigen und sehr feucht fröhlichen Tagesabschluss werden wir uns auch noch in Jahren erinnern. Ganz liebe Grüße an Peter und Niki an dieser Stelle.

Wow. The best Food on my trip through to Mozambique and the best and well prepared steak in the country. This chef cooks all his meats on the open fire and uses oak wood and not charcoal. Rooms are great and the wi-fi super fast so we could send our friends and family pictures of this unexpected place we discovered. If you think you are travelling through Ermelo and it is only to sleep over and continue your travel the next day, this will be part of your entire vacation talk even if it was not part of your travel destination.
