Excellent service. All my business branding, cards, caps, shirts and more are donew by them. Truly is a convenient one shop shop for all your business needs. Prices are reasonable and work always completed on time.

We have been out the country for 9 years and my first dealings with 3@1 was before my computer was connected, so had to make use of their computers, found they super friendly and very efficient. I have since had printing done on T Shirts, mugs and a photo book and have been very happy with the outcome. I strongly recommend anyone to go to 3@1 in Bayside, their service is excellent.

Rogues! 3@1 bayside mall. Besides their very unfriendly reception to customers, they are a RIP OFF!!
They charged me about 400 bucks to print out a file on A3.
Then I went to Postnet just about 3mins drive away from Bayside mall, they printed the same file for me for 40 bucks. Ridiculous!!!
3@1 ripped me of over 300 bucks, and on top of that treated me so cold.response / report this review -

Today I went there and I had to copy 40 pages to send it to my email i printed the pages at home nd took it in for them to scan it to a pc for me they charged me 130 rand just to copy my pages to a pc, that is day light robbery don't go there trust me they are over priced like mad

No stars! Their service is absolutely appalling! They are utterly useless, went there 3 weeks ago to get a printed phone cover they told me they didn't have stock and will let me know when they do (by the end of the week). I waited and went there 1 week later still no stock, spoke to manager and she told me she would have stock in a couple of days. Went there again and left my details for the 3rd time and she said she would have stock by the end of the week again. Today i called and manager still didn't bother going to the supplier. Worker ended my call after I asked who I can file a complaint with as he says "that was unnecessary". Friend of mine got a mug printed and it was the wrong way round, they claimed he said he wanted it that way and wanted him to pay again to change it.
Utter uselessness! They cannot do their job, if you want something done on time and correctly, please find another place where they actually know how to do their job.
Appalling service, customer service is shocking, no people skills, rude and over priced!response / report this review
