Took two cars to them and after 2 hours neither car was cleaned properly. Upon returning to them with our complaint we were told by the manager (Malcolm) that he was doing us a favour by cleaning the car properly the second time we went. DON'T USE THESE GUYS. Rude and shoddy workmanship.

This is the second time I have been to this car wash, and have not been very impressed. When you are inside you cannot see the finer details until you drive out into the light. My car literally looks as if it has not been washed or vacuumed properly. Up your game guys.

Left my car with them for an hour and a half. Upon my return, I found my car had only been washed, not yet dried or cleaned inside. There wasn't even anyone working on it. After throwing my toys a little, I now have one person working on it. I have to stand in the parking lot for the remaining 20 minutes because the manager has been smoking in the waiting area! It's a Tuesday at 11:00 so I don't see why the service should be so poor.
