  I am utterly disgusted with the client services received today, the owner have no clue how to speak or treat his customers that has been loyal for many years. I Will never support them again!!!!!
  Drove through to the wash bay and was not stopped at the gate I was asked by one of the cleaners to climb out my car and go make a payment as they want to cash up, never asked if im paying cash or with a card. It was 4:30 and the company closes at 17:00. My reply was that im not climbing out of my car while in the wash bay if they are done in here ill drive through and Ill make the payment. They call the owner and with utter disrespect leaned against my car and forced me to climb out my car and make the payment.
  He made me feel like a criminal that is not going to pay. How can any owner of a professional business treat their clients with such disrespect? He even asked me if I'm threatening him?
  I believe if you supply a service till a certain time dont rush your clients and treat them with respect and they will always come back.
