My parents stayed at TP-Samoa for 5 nights and loved it. However, they came to the hotel late one night to find themselves locked out with no tenant to let them in. It was a real inconvenience for my parents who are both diabetic and had their medicines in the room. They went to another hotel in town and the clerk was nice enough to let my parents sleep in the lobby until TravellersPoint opened their doors back up. The staff tried their best to make it right and I'm thankful for that.

Staff were so lovely and always helpful. The hotel itself was clean. The continental breakfast was great as well. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. ✌
